If you are considering commissioning me, I ask that you please read and understand these guidelines first.
PRE-COMMISSION:
THE COMMISSION PROCESS:
Above all, I value working one-on-one with a commissioner to put together the best piece possible, and am always open to communication!
GENERAL TERMS:
- Please be prepared to provide visual references (this means drawn references, or face claims/clothing/hair references), or send them directly with your inquiry. I have the right to refuse a commission if: there is no visual reference, the content is morally compromising, or I feel otherwise incapable of properly drawing the character.
- I may charge a small extra fee depending on the complexity of the character’s design and the type of commission. I may also charge extra if you need me to design a character based on text, or design an outfit for a character from scratch.
- Full payment or a partial down payment (available for commissions $200 and over) is due upfront via PayPal invoice.
- Initial down payment must equate at least 25% of the total commission cost. A payment plan can be created according to the client's needs - however the fullly finished art file(s) will not be sent until the commission is 100% paid.
- Initial down payment must equate at least 25% of the total commission cost. A payment plan can be created according to the client's needs - however the fullly finished art file(s) will not be sent until the commission is 100% paid.
- I prefer to draw humanoid characters, and will draw OCs, fan characters, and fanart.
- All prices are USD, and transactions will be made strictly through PayPal's invoice system.
THE COMMISSION PROCESS:
- Contact me with your character references once I post that commission slots are open. I make posts about commission availability on tumblr, twitter, and patreon.
- If I have slots available, I'll message you back to accept! At this stage, I'll ask you what you have in mind for the piece (pose, expression, setting), if any. If you don't have any premeditated ideas, I'd love to hear about the character's personalities and quirks! In the case of portrait pieces, I'll use this to put together a thumbnail sketch for you.
- Once we agree on an idea, please be prepared to send me your PayPal email address. I'll send you an invoice, and once it's paid, I'll add you to the queue!
- If you're commissioning a portrait piece, you will receive a thumbnail sketch within a week. Once it's approved and/or any necessary adjustments are made, it will move on to the lineart stage. If you'd like to continue receiving progress shots at this point, feel free to ask! Otherwise, I will keep working and email you again once the piece is finished.
- As soon as your piece is finished, I'll send the full-sized file to you for review! If nothing needs adjusting, you're free to download it and use it as you wish within personal use. If you post it publicly, please credit back to one of my social medias.
Above all, I value working one-on-one with a commissioner to put together the best piece possible, and am always open to communication!

- Commissions are expected to take around 2-6 weeks to complete unless otherwise notified.
- All commissions (excluding 2d vtuber models) are for personal use only. Clients are not allowed to sell my completed work for them or use them in any other kind of monetized fashion. Clients are not allowed to claim my art as their own, or edit/remove my signature.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission on any grounds, including but not limited to: no visual references, morally compromising or hateful content, or if I feel otherwise incapable of properly illustrating the character(s).
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund commissions at any stage if I am incapable of finishing the illustration(s).
- I reserve the rights to the illustrations I produce, and the ability to use said artwork to promote or display online.
